We consider our charges to be modest by modern day standards. You will pay just £40 for the first hour (or part thereof) as long as you are within 5 miles of Hythe.
On our first visit to you as a new Customer, we would prefer to come to meet you in person, so we can evaluate your entire system.
After that first visit, and assuming that your computer is capable of it, we can often carry out your needs remotely from our premises, by connecting your computer directly to ours via either your phone line or your Broadband connection.
It is quite easy, you can either be sitting at your computer, follow a few simple instructions, and then we will fix your problem together, that way you get to learn a little more about the computer and the software you have installed on it.............
.......or once having set the connection up you can leave us to get on with solving the problem, or carrying out your routine maintenance.
If you would prefer us to visit your house or office - then of course we will be pleased to.
